25 Mary St. is a rental replacement project that proposes a 2-tower redevelopment with 259 revitalized rental replacement units, and over 1,000 new residential units. The site is located within a short walk of four subway stations. The proposal helps meet the needs of the fast-growing Bay-Cloverhill neighbourhood by adding a new daycare, a public park, privately-owned but publicly accessible space, and at-grade retail space.

1437 Queen St. W
1437-1455 Queen Street West presents an opportunity to add a range of residential units and new retail space in a mixed-use building at the intersection of Queen Street West and Jameson Avenue in the Parkdale neighbourhood. The new mixed-use building will improve the existing site conditions and provide for public realm enhancements along Queen Street West.
